What is a universal booking?

What can I use it for?

Anything sold by the appointment — hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, behaviour consultations, nail clipping, photography sessions, puppy parties, assessments. If it happens at a set time for a set length at a set price, it fits.

Can I rename it so customers see my service name?

Yes. The name you give it appears everywhere the customer sees it, including your online booking page, confirmations, reminders and invoices.

Can I put several pets on one universal booking?

Yes, that's a setting. By default each pet gets its own booking, but you can keep them all on one — which is what you want for something like a puppy party.

Can customers book it online?

Yes, with its own description and available slots. Bookings can be confirmed automatically or held as pending until you approve them.

Can I stop un-neutered dogs from booking?

Yes. You can prevent un-neutered or unspayed dogs over an age you specify from booking online, applied to males, females or both, with your own message shown to explain why.
